What We Do.

We are a fresh, fun and effective alternative to normal boring gyms and classes.

We offer group personal training sessions, bootcamp , nutrition and personalised 1-2-1 support to help our members achieve their goals.

We cater for all whether this is your first time in a gym, or you are a seasoned professional. You work to your level and our coaches will ensure that you are pushing yourself to your full potential throughout.

How We Do It.

We deliver a personal training experience to you, without the expensive price tag attached to it.

Instead of a normal gym where you turn up and use machines, we offer a ‘Bootcamp Of The Day’ a session designed by and taken by Personal Trainer, who will be your coach throughout the session.

We use fun and functional training equipment that offers more variety than a traditional gym ensuring you never get bored. Furthermore, out coaches will help guide you through the session, motivating you and ensuring you are working to your full capacity. We have a whole range of sessions from bootcamps, to strength classes to pilates (please see our timetable). 

Furthermore, full nutrition coaching is included in your membership. Not sure what to eat? No problem, one of our coaches can design a personalised program just for you to ensure that you can manage your nutrition to help accelerate your results.
