RESULTS GUARANTEE GUIDELINES: All that we ask is that you follow our prescribed guidelines which are as follows.

In your first 90 days of membership you must have:

  1. Booked, Swiped in and Attended at least 2 bootcamps a week

  2. Complete your nutrition forms and received your personalized nutrition program from our nutrition team

  3. Submitted at least 8 weekly nutrition progress forms for us to ensure that your nutrition plan is on track and that you are following our guidelines.

  4. Had your complimentary 1-2-1 session with one of our bootcamp instructors to discuss your goals

  5. Within the first 2 weeks of your membership you must have a body composition recording with one of our instructors, and then have at least 2 further follow up records to track your progress over the 90 days.
